About Tasmanian Contracting Services
Tasmanian Contracting Services is administered by an Administration Manager, two Contractor Support Field Officers, an Injury Management Manager, and is closely aligned with a Chartered Accountant/Business Consultant, who acts as the tax agent and financial advisor to the Company.
Costs
The unique network utilised by TCS ensures that our overheads are kept as low as possible so that we can effectively provide an efficient and highly cost effective service to our clients.
TCS can assist you to achieve immediate and significant reductions in labour costs thus boosting bottom line results. The savings achieved through TCS can be effectively re-allocated within the client firm, or could potentially be used to offset bonus payments and loyalty schemes in order to boost retention rates and contractor performance.
Flexibility
The TCS Hiring Agreement does not lock you into lengthy contractual agreements. Because TCS believes so strongly in its own system, and the advantages it offers, there has been no historical need to lock clients into lengthy contractual agreements.
Rather, our client base exhibits a natural loyalty to the TCS system and the unique advantages provided to their operations. Thus, should you determine that the system fails to meet your needs at some point in the future; you are free to terminate our services at your discretion.
