Occupational Health and Safety
TCS has developed an Occupational Health and Safety Management Plan to form the basis of its Duty of Care to promote safe working practices and to provide basic guidelines for its officers, employees, sub-contractors and agents. It is delivered to contractors prior to placement
TCS supplies independent contractors to clients under the principles of daily hire contractor arrangements. Under state and territory legislation these clients also have duties imposed upon them to ensure the safety, health and welfare of all persons working at or visiting their worksite.
